Who we are Your Song Gift (YourSongGift.com) is operated by Kropachova Anna, 11 Vyshneva St., Sokoliv, Zhytomyr Raion, Zhytomyr Oblast, 12021, Ukraine (“we”, “us”). Contact: yoursonggift@spivanka.info. Sales and payments are handled by a third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. It is the seller of record to you, issues your receipt, collects any applicable sales tax and processes payments and refunds; its own terms also apply to the payment. The details of this payment provider are shown to you during checkout. 2. What you are buying A personalized song created from the story, names and details you give us in the order form. Songs are made with the help of artificial intelligence (AI) tools for lyrics and music. The price of a song includes two versions with different vocals and arrangement, delivered as MP3 files. After your song is ready you can also order a music video for it from your own photos — separately or as a package. Every song is unique to your order. We do not guarantee a particular melody, voice or style beyond the choices offered in the order form. 3. Ordering You can review and correct everything before you pay. The contract is made when your payment succeeds. The contract language is English. 4. Prices and payment All prices are in U.S. dollars. The standard price of a personalized song is $29.99. Prices of other digital products (for example, a WAV file or an instrumental version, a music video) are shown before you order them. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. There is no shipping and no subscription. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record; the available payment methods are shown at checkout. The details of this payment provider are shown to you during checkout. 5. Delivery We start making your song right after payment; it is usually ready within 3–10 minutes. You get a link to listen and download on your song page and by email. Delivery is digital only. If the song cannot be made for technical reasons, you get a full refund. 6. Your content You are responsible for what you send us (story, names, photos) and confirm you have the right to use it. Please do not send lyrics or other material you do not own, or anything unlawful, hateful or harmful. We may refuse an order whose content breaks the law or someone else's rights; you then get a full refund. You give us permission to use your content only to make and deliver your order. 7. Using your song You may use the song personally: play it, share it with family and friends and give it as a gift to the person it is for. Commercial use (selling it, using it in advertising, publishing it on streaming services for profit) is not included. 8. Refunds and problems See our Refund Policy. Write to yoursonggift@spivanka.info with your order number; we answer within 24 hours on business days. 9. Availability We do our best to keep the service available, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or because of our technology providers. 10. Limitation of liability To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived. 11. Disputes If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most problems are solved by a message. Payment disputes are also handled by the payment provider named at checkout. 12. Changes The Terms in force when you ordered apply to that order. Changes do not affect orders already paid for.
