The payment provider (a third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record) is an independent controller of transaction data as the seller of record and processes it under its own privacy policy. The details of this payment provider are shown to you during checkout. 2. What we collect • Your email address and order details (what you bought, when, the amount); • what you write in the order form — your story, names, the occasion, and photos you upload for a music video; • technical data from your browser (device type, pages visited); • with your consent only: analytics and advertising cookies (see section 7). We do not receive or store your card details — only the payment provider does. 3. Why we use it To make and deliver your song, answer your questions and handle refunds; to keep the site secure; to keep business records; and — only if you opt in — to send you news and offers by email. 4. Who processes it for us • the payment provider (seller of record); • providers of AI tools for lyrics and music, who receive the content of the order form to create your song; • our hosting provider (servers in the European Union, Finland); • our email provider. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. 5. How long we keep it Order data as long as needed for delivery, support and our legal record-keeping. Your story and photos are deleted on request unless we must keep them for accounting. Your email for news is kept until you unsubscribe — every such email has an unsubscribe link. 6. Your rights You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw any consent at any time — write to yoursonggift@spivanka.info. We answer within 30 days. 7. Cookies and analytics We use cookies the site needs to work and — only if you agree — analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta). You can change your choice at any time. 8. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) In the past 12 months we collected the categories listed in section 2 (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity and the content you chose to send us) for the purposes in section 3. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent. Children Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A song may be about a child; the order is placed by an adult. 10. AI Your song is made with generative AI tools for lyrics and recording; the order form content is sent to their providers for that purpose (section 4). No automated decision with legal effect on you is made. 11. Changes We will post any changes on this page with a new version date.
